Resolve Homepage Slider missing and Landing page redirection issues
The Homepage slider was found missing. It was later on resolved by deleting cache from WordPress backend. The Landing page redirection was resolved by modifying the target URL setting.

Resolve double banners on “Future Students” page

Resolve inaccessibility of main site in Santa Cruz campus
It was found that Santa Cruz campus could not access FBU main website in Santa Cruz campus with “The site can’t be reached” message. There are 3 IPs used in Santa Cruz campus. The hosting company later on added those IPs to the whitelist to resolve the issue. (5/14/2024)
Security: Schedule malware scan for once a week
Currently the malware scan is set on the 21st of the month. But for many websites it may require higher frenquency of scanning than that. Update plugins and theme
Update all plugins that are with newer version. Update WordPress to its latest version – v 6.5.
Resolve main website down issue
It was found on 4/2/2024 that the main website was down. And the scanned ressults from ImunifyAV showed a couple infected files. After the infected files being removed, the website was still down. Ask Liquid Web tech support to restore the website from the 4/1/2024 backup version.
