The Tracking LIVE site was infected in 12/2023. The hosting company does not have a clean backup copy (any copy before 12/9/2023), The available clean backup copy is the local website. Restoring website content from the local copy to the LIVE website.

It was found that the new submitted form entry was stored under “Spam” category. Change it to the “Unread” Category instead. Custom codes were removed to prevent it from happening again.
