Update old site with new dev site and rename old site

1. Create a subdomain website 2022.fivebranches.edu, clone the content of www.fivebranches.edu to that website
2. Update www.fivebranches.edu website with the content from dev.fivebranches.edu website

Work on the first item, setting up 2022.fivebranches.edu site starting from 5 pm, Friday 10/21/2022.

After 2022.fivebranches.edu is up and running, let us check if it works as expected. If yes, proceed to work on the 2nd item, updating of www.fivebranches.edu website content with dev.fivebranches.edu website

Make sure not just WordPress structure and data are cloned, but also non-WordPress files and templates are cloned as well. Meaning not just files under wp-admin, wp-content, and wp-includes folders should be cloned, but also other folders/files under website doc root folder.
