Fixed:
- Tablet screen mode has not been implemented. Mobile has.
- Fix Inner menu title: Doesn’t matter which level current page is at, the Inner Menu Title is always the Top level page title
- [Tablet / Mobile] Main menu sub-menu items expand/collapse issues
- Inner Menu icon should be covered by the Main Menu dropdown on Tablet screen mode
- Header (Inner Menu)

This design is superseded by two separate menus design below.
Previous: On the Tablet/Mobile screens, the Inner Menu should be displayed first.

Set Main Menu and Inner Menu as two separate menus
with its own burger icon to expand/collapse its menu items.
The Inner Menu Items, when expanded, should follow the same spacing settings as that of Main Menu.
Current design as shown above, the menu items are to close to each other.

Fixed: Shouldn’t the up arrow icon (for Inner Menu) be like on the Mobile screen mode, covered (overlapped) by the Main Menu?
