Customize existing codes to restore back 3-level Course structure

Degree (or Program) – Department – Course

After Course structure is restored to original 3-level structure, the course will again become one-to-one relation with Department / Degree. It cannot be assigned to multiple Degrees / Departments.

Both implemented on the Staging site on 6/10/2022.
