We have checked this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
This is not exactly the same as your requirement but maybe we need to customize the plugin functionality as per our need
you can check this demo, is it met our requirement? https://demo.theeventscalendar.com/
Note: maybe they have used premium plugin addon in the demo
please share your thought.
