but the Yellow bar position is off – above the bottom of Page Banner

Sidemenu on some pages are with gap, some are without gap, not consistent.
Also, the Yellow bar position is not consistent either.

On this page, you can find the Sidemenu without gap but wrong position relative to the bottom of Page Banner
