Please decide what to display if a page is without a Featured Image

What is the best width for an image to be used in the Page Banner?
Also considering that the Featured Image will also be used in card-like design.
So what should be the best width/height ratio for the Feature image in the current design (theme)?
We have check and let you know proper size of banner image.

Before we provide the default image, you can use a dummy image for your development work.
You can use this size for banner image: 960X260
Please ignore my previous message, Please use this size: 1500X260(px)

We have added the dynamic featured Image in the banner for now we have added only these pages https://nimb.ws/OH8z5c
if the feature banner is not available then default/dummy https://www.fivebranches.edu/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/page-banner-bg.png image will show
