Intranet/Faculty: Updating to Chinese full name data field

Requests:

1. In addition to regular updating, build its Chinese Full Name with Chinese Last name + Chinese First name (without space in between), and write the Chinese full name to the new field “ch_names“.
2. If the Faculty member does not have Chinese name, combining his/her English First name + ” ” + Last name, write it to the “ch_names” field
