Ignore the “Suspend” field setting in its corresponding record in Faculty table.
Test case:
Chen Ping (Joanna) Chao: Faculty ID: 10
When her record in fbu_clinic_faculty table is set “Active”=Y, she should show up on the Frontend page.
When her record in fbu_faculty table is set “Display”=N, she should still show up on the Frontendf page, because the requirement is – the setting in fbu_faculty table should not affect the display result. Meaning, ignore the setting of “Display” in fbu_faculty table.
