Faculty list: Sort by Last name + First name in Ascending order

Faculty – DTCM/MTCM
When users click (select) any entry, direct users to the page linked above.
To view Faculty, log in to Intranet App,
1. Click “Clinic Schedule”, then
2. Click “Faculty Schedule”
Retrieve only Faculty with Schedule at SJ and/or SC
The output results (Faculty and Schedule) should be the same as shown on Old page.
Pull data from the following database tables:
fbu_clinic_faculty
fbu_clinic_faculty_schedule
Implement the phone call and
convert original form in old page to
Gravity form with prepopulated info on new page
Make changes as stated on the screenshot from desktop screen mode
Last request was ONLY for DESKTOP screen mode.
Because desktop has much wider screen.
But there is NO REQUEST to modify Tablet and Mobile screen modes…
Tablet and Mobile screen are much narrower than desktop.
It will be a tremendous waste of space on margins on these devices!!!
The original (first) design was good enough for Tab & Mob.

No need to modify the margins on Tab and Mob devices.
Change the margins back for them.
After splitting this page into two Clinics,
this page is assigned to San Jose.
Why there are still staffs from Santa Cruz clinic?
There are duplicate staff entries…

I have fixed some issue but there is some member belong to both center
you can see I have printed the location column https://nimb.ws/yIKxhk here 1 = Santa Cruz and 2 = San Jose.
By “duplicate staff entries” I mean a staff can belong to both centers, but for each center, he/she should show up only once, not twice.
Ok, I got your point, That is fixed now.
Fix staff member order
Unless otherwise specified, list always sort by Last name in Ascending order
The letter selection does not work.
When A (or other letter) is clicked, the selected staff members are not right.

in the fbu_clinic_faculty table, there is only a name field that table not offer first name and last name so data will be oder by name field and when you select any letter is will consider name first letter
Now that there are two name fields in Clinic Faculty,
Sort / display staff members by
Last Name + First Name
