Implemented except AM/PM box.

It looks fine in the form design, but shifted when displayed on form view.
Will see if it still needs any fine tunning after the styling plugin is installed.

Date –> Starting Date

Time –> Starting Time
The AM/PM box alignment with Time on the left-hand side

Charge (100) –> Charge
Link –> Announcement Page
Add “Course Link” when the course is Online
