Tech Specs

Add “FBU Settings” Admin Page in Admin Console that provides UI for Admins to enter URL(s) for the Default Featured Images for PAGEs and POSTs.

Test Pages

Testing the default Featured image for POSTs:
Category: University News – Tag: Industry

The default Featured image for POSTs should show up in Category and Tag pages where posts without assigned Featured image  or missing Featured image.

Testing the default Featured image for PAGEs:
Visit Five Branches
(as of 7/31/2021, no Featured image is assigned to this page)

The default Featured image for PAGEs should show up as the Page Banner on the page.

  2. The following two items do not meet the requirements specified in the Tech Specs

    1. “FBU Settings” should be right below “Settings”.
    If there is problem to place it there, let us know.

    2. The Text messages should be like this:
    PAGEs: URL of the Default Featured Image (1900 x 329 px)
    POSTs: URL of the Default Featured Image (1200 x 900 px)
    The default image sizes: 1900×329 and 1200×900 must be provided

      I have set the position as per your need and also added the label.

      you want validation like size is not meet then show error message?

      if you want validation then its not look easy process like get image size from the URL and validate it.
