Update the content of the 4th column of “News & Events” megamenu menu option

With search results from Extension Calendar
that meet the criteria of
1. the upcoming CEUs (Starting Date >= today)
2. display only up to 3 entries

Retrieve all CEUs from the whole table except its program code include 400.

Implement the same structure to the Chinese website
with CEU courses set to show up for Chinese pages.

This is the existing 4th column content block to be replaced by the “Upcoming CEUs”

This is the new content block retrieved from ” Extension Calendar / Doctoral CEUs“

Tie the “More CEUs” link to the current website, not hardcoded to the www website.

The dates on the list should be the starting date of that course.
