Add sidebar width specs
Issues found in the first delivery:
1. Main Content and Sidebar width ration should be 2/3 : 1/3 = 2:1
current setting is col-md-10:col-md-2 = 5:1
2. Image should be center in the Main Content and max-width: 100%
3. Add a border line to separate Main Content and Sidebar
4. Add 16px space between image and CEU units
