Convert the page layout and content as specified in the images

Create a copy on DTCM/MTCM Program page, then copy it to the next two pages: Doctorate / Ph. D, DTCM/DAc bridge Program.
Create 3 forms with same structure but different names, one form for each page.
Push the existing content (on the New page) below the content in the specified images.
Fixed: The 3 pages under design messed up the page tree structure that caused the Menu Entries became invalid. Need to recover the original page tree structure ( 8/16 – 8/17/2021)
Fixed: There 3 buttons on the page
Submit, View All Events, and Join the List
They should have hover effect.
Apply the Hover effect of 3-button widget to these 3 buttons on this page (and other two programs entry pages as well)

Reviewing
Whoever working on those 3 pages specified in this task, broke the page tree structure. And those 3 pages happened to be the top level of the Menu Entries, thus dropped all its children pages. Causing the breakdown of the whole Main Menu. We have recovered several children pages, but still not fully restored. Need to fully restore the Page tree structure.
We have checked from old backup and added again
The menu issue is fixed, and we have installed a security plugin already to monitor the website activities.
